So sorry to learn of your loss, James. My mother passed in August of 2014. If anybody missed it, be sure to click on the link in the article. I have a stone plaque for my mother on my desk that reads: Godspeed, James. Godfrey Smith: Mike, I wouldn't worry. Prosperity is just around the corner. What a beautiful poem, thanks so much. I only know you as a true poster and an honest man, James However, I share in your grief. I have gone through the loss of both parents in the last years, and know what you have to bear. Bless you James, and bless your mother.

Thank you my friend. Mom was seeing the destruction going on all around us and she was not happy about it. But she understood that it was signs of the times and she was ready to go to her eternal home. Thank you randge. I appreciate that very much and know how it feels to have to give up both parents. My dad died in 2002, just a few days after my 50th birthday. I thought I was prepared because he had been sick for a long time but even if you can accept it intellectually, emotionally is a different story. But I am grateful that God gave me 50 years with my dad and almost 69 with my mom.
