Millicent Millie Weaver, 29, the correspondent for the Alex Jones-helmed conspiracy-theory website InfoWars, was arrested Friday at her Ohio home and charged with several felonies stemming from a dispute with her mother, documents filed in the Portage County Common Pleas Court show.
Weavers arrest, which came hours before she was scheduled to release a documentary claiming to show that President Donald Trump was set-up by government officials in the Russia scandal, gave rise to a slew of conspiracy theories, but the truth appears far more mundane.
Weaver, along with her brother, Charles L. Weaver Jr., and boyfriend Gavon Wince, were all charged with one count each of robbery, tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, and domestic violence, stemming from an incident with Weavers mother Felicia McCarron.
According to the indictment from the Portage County Grand Jury, all three were charged with robbery (a second-degree felony) for attempting or committing a theft offense, or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense, recklessly inflict, attempt to inflict, or threaten to inflict physical harm upon Felicia McCarron.
The trio also face charges of evidence tampering (a third-degree felony), obstructing justice (a fifth-degree felony), and domestic violence (a first degree misdemeanor). The obstruction charge stems from allegedly communicating false information about the dispute in order to hinder law enforcements investigation.
A YouTube user claiming to be McCarron reportedly wrote that the charges stemmed from a family dispute over a $50 cell phone. That post expressed shock, surprise and disapproval of the charges..."
[[I saw that youtube post the other night. The mom said she had dropped the charges...the next day after the incident I think. Unfortunately, in some states once that "domestic violence" call is made, SOMEONE is going to go to jail, but usually right then and there.]]

A few things to consider - look at when the indictment was initially filed. (which is the day a warrant for her issue would have been issued) June 20th [[Did he mean JULY 20? because that is what the indictment says]]- that was also the ORIGINAL release date of Millie's documentary BUT they had a technical issue that caused her video file to corrupt so she pushed back the release date to last Friday.
And soon after they started the upload of the documentary to the different outlets they were going to publish it on, the police showed up AND power was turned off to their home ..."

"...A Portage County grand jury handed up the sealed indictment on July 20, and a warrant was issued for the trios arrest the same day, according to court records unsealed Monday.
The incident occurred on April 25, according to the indictment. The victim is listed as Felicia McCarron, who has been identified as Weavers mother. Cleveland.com could not reach McCarron for comment on Monday..."

At least she/they got to go home. Smart phones are a hazard when it comes to tracking you, but I wonder what would have happened if she hadn't recorded herself being arrested. Dave Hodges was likening it to an NDAA removal.
