Just wanted to wish all the 4'ers a joyous and fun Easter with your friends and family. And for those who don't celebrate Easter, happy Bunny Weekend :)

Thanks, Peetie. I'm going to have be going out and making my baskets and getting all the Easter tasks done. Have to go to the Good Friday stuff in a bit. I know some folks might think Good Friday is a downer, but I always felt it was a special time acknowledging Jesus' hard ship and sacrifice. Those are two things that we never emphasize in our happy-talk, feel-good, society.

I'm often there for the whole three hours: stations, Veneration of the Cross, reading of the Passion, Communion. What meaning does Easter have without Good Friday?

We normally have a ham with the extended family gathered. This year my wife tells me we are having multiple hog maws. I havn't had a good hog maw in over 2 yrs. I think I'll wear pants that have a bit more room in the waist.
