Tulsi Gabbard: 'Everybody knows' Hillary Clinton is a 'war-monger'

Poster Comment:

That's my description in the heading. I am so sick of this woman -- tried to hear the whole thing but couldn't stand it, cut out at 5:30 with a minute to go. Comment I left there:

"Our country's national security interests"?
Regardless of how it rips up other countries, I take it?
You only want peace because it's the wrong involvements, Tulsi -- do I have it right? Tucker, I beg you never to have her on again. She actually believes the al-Quaeda and terrorism bullshit, qualifying her as clinically insane.

Tucker sez "Now I'm not defending Iraq -- OBVIOUSLY" etc. Gabbard's oh so proud to have "SERVED" in bashing ppl Israel doesn't like -- I never realized how far gone she is in that regard. Hope she either smartens up or gets caught in the next Usama bin Hidin' Al-CIAduh Terr'ist Tableau Double Skyscraper Drop Jam-bo-ree.

And? She's still on the loose.

And? She's still on the loose.

She has positive qualities. The Dem establishment hates her. That's because she doesn't tow the D line. She thinks for herself and would end these wars bringing troops home.

She does not subscribe to or play the 2 party game. She willing to work with anyone, and is focused on policy, not party.

Some of her domestic policy is socialist in nature, but nowhere near to the extent of Sanders, of course, otherwise she'd be accepted by them.

She would end marijuana prohibition at the federal level, or do what she could as president to do so. That ain't a bad thing in my book.

Basically, she's the Ron Paul of the Democrat party.

Though I/we disagree with her domestic economic policies, she's also young and may very well still be capable of changing her views. I was on her FB list and even awarded a preferred status on them. I think she was interested in my comments even though I pointed out I was libertarian.

I do like her and consider her the best candidate that the D's had and the only one capable of beating Trump, though it would have been tough even for her. But of course the D's swept her under the rug.

Since she's so hateful on some major things, I don't see how you can believe a word she says on these others. "Some of her domestic policy is socialist in nature" like killing the 2nd Amendment on which all others essentially hinge.

Yeah, well, there you go.

Anyone who crawls after votes in a party whose leadership is so exquisitely corrupt, doesn't get my time of day.

I'd sooner see them all in irons before getting near a stage where they might stand.

I don't listen to a damned thing this woman says. Haven't in a long while.

Ron Paul did the same thing. I mean it's like this: It's not about the party having any principles. Not at all. It wasn't like that for Ron and it's not like that for Tulsi either. If you think she shouldn't be in the Dem party out of sheer principle, then you also must think that she shouldn't run for president at all, because without getting on a D or R bus, no prez candidate is going anywhere.

The 2-party system has a lock on the presidency, and Tulsi seeking the D nomination or Ron the R party is simply a means to an end. It's a bus ticket to Pennsylvania Ave and nothing more.

Tulsi's positives: She'd bring sanity to US foreign policy, getting us out of the middle east entanglements. I like that a lot. It's her best selling point. And as one who's been on the ground over there, it's much less likely to be a hollow campaign promise.

Tulsi isn't afraid to talk to people like Tucker or Assad himself. She's done both. She listens, and that's a valuable and rare asset in DC. No, I don't agree with everything, but agreeing with a prez candidate on everything is usually not an option. I disagree with Trump on stuff too. Ron Paul I agree with on almost everything but even him I disagree with on tariffs. It's not a litmus test thing for me. As for the 2A, I'm uncertain of her exact beliefs, but a president has limited say on the 2A, and certainly can't amend the constitution. Even Obama didn't do much against the 2A. I see in Tulsi an independent thinker, and one from a conservative home who is young enough to continue to learn. That's what I like and what the DNC and Deep State hate. So there you go.

You are well-spoken and I admire your optimistism, Pinguinite.

However, while Tulsi can say that she'll disentangle us from the Middle East, she is no more able to draw us out of the mire than is Trump. How a US president can be hamstrung in this fashion has been made abundantly clear to all observers over the past four years. (Have you ever seen a beast hamstrung? Eeesh.)

And I get what you say about the two-party ping-pong game that's been bumping back and forth over the decades with dreary regularity. It's difficult to weigh one better than the other on the scales of honesty, morality or ethics.

But from a personal perspective, when I see the odious figures at the head of the D party, I find it hard not to become physically sick. The open dishonesty and mendacity of people like the Clintons and Obamas, and the sneaky, slavish cooperation of the deep state infrastructure that works for the worst in the executive and legislative fills lots of people that I know with inexpressible rage. I am in that company. For my money, it is just the absolute worst that congregates there. I want to see their bones broken in November.

I find it impossible to entertain any kind of support for candidates who associate themselves with that label no matter what sort of fine ideas they promote. Your mileage may vary.
