A new survey conducted by EKOS Research Associates shows that an overwhelming majority of Canadians would support International Criminal Court (ICC) investigation of Israel.
The poll, which was co-sponsored by Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East (CJPME), Independent Jewish Voices Canada (IJV), and the United Network for Justice and Peace in Palestine-Israel (UNJPPI), found that 84% of Canadians think the ICC should investigate alleged war crimes committed by Israeli officials. 86% of Canadians do not believe that the human rights record of Israel should be overlooked because the country is an ally of Canada. 82% want Canada’s current policy toward Jerusalem to be maintained, with the city being shared rather than it being recognized as Israel’s capital exclusively.

Israeli officials over alleged war crimes

The USS Liberty was off the coast of the Sinai in international waters during the 1967 Arab-Israeli War. The Liberty was a lightly armed intelligence vessel.
They picked up intelligence that the Israelis massacred 3,000 Egyptian prisoners in the Sinai.
The Liberty was flown over by Israeli jets. They were flying an oversize American flag.
The Israelis tried to sink her and even attacked by torpedo boats.
Captain McGonagle was awarded the Medal of Honor in a PRIVATE ceremony. Usually those things are very public since they want everyone to know about them.
And this attack was done by Our Best Allie in the Middle East. ;)

Unfortunately, that girl knowingly put herself in harms way in what was a combat zone. Civilian casualties are facts of life in apartheid Israel. ;)

Indeed she did, standing up to a vile genocidal government intent on claiming everything their beady little eyes can see, she knew the risks and stood up for her principles and human dignity of which the isreali displayed none that day (or in recent history).
She was a boss and did not deserve to be murdered and her murder should be acknowledged as such, a cold blooded , fucked up murder.
