The Cantillon Effect refers to the change in relative prices resulting from a change in money supply. The change in relative prices occurs because the change in money supply has a specific injection point and therefore a specific flow path through the economy. His misses the point that we have a currency issued by Bankers for their benefit so the increase in money supply benefits Bankers first. Also seems to be unaware that China is currently facing horrendous food shortages. Whole system could crash next year. This year without a multi-trillion Stimulus check.
