No power means no lights. There is on small bright spot where Pyongyang is located. Other than that darkness prevails.
It makes one wonder about their military too. The Norks have quite a large military and have those parades to show off missiles and other military hardware just like the old Soviet Union.
I read about one woman that escaped into China. She came upon a house and the man who lived there gave her food and a warm place to stay. Not sure whatever became of her since when the Chinkernese catch an escapee from North Korea they are generally returned. :-/
