Ernest is on a Love Bus Liberty Tour. It's his rubber stamp 'LOVE' logo that the Ron Paul campaign used to great effect.
The Hancocks sold their home and are living on the bus mostly to educate ppl abt Covid and their rights. He's a little naive about electric vehicles etc but you've got to admire his enthusiasm and dedication.
