Bill Gates Funds Cornell Study That ‘Proves’ He’s Not Involved In COVID-19 Pandemic Conspiracy U.S. President Donald Trump has been the world’s biggest driver of COVID-19 misinformation during the pandemic, according to a new Bill Gates-funded study from Cornell University — an institution that fully supports the government’s official position on the “pandemic” along with the pharmaceutical industry’s essential role in stopping the “virus”: A team from the Cornell Alliance for Science evaluated 38 million articles published by English-language, traditional media worldwide between January 1 and May 26 of this year. The database it used aggregates coverage from countries such as the US, Britain, India, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and other African and Asian nations. The team identified 522,472 news articles that reproduced or amplified misinformation related to the coronavirus pandemic, or what the World Health Organization has called the “infodemic.” These were categorized into 11 main sub-topics, ranging from conspiracy theories to attacks on top scientist Anthony Fauci to the idea that the virus is a bioweapon unleashed by China. But the most popular topic by far was what the study authors termed “miracle cures,” which appeared in 295,351 articles — more than the other 10 topics combined. The authors found that comments by Trump drove major spikes in the “miracle cures” topic, led by his April 24 press briefing where he mused on the possibility of using disinfectants inside the body to cure the coronavirus. Similar spikes were seen when he promoted unproven treatments like hydroxychloroquine. “We conclude therefore that the president of the United States was likely the largest driver of the COVID-19 misinformation ‘infodemic,’” the team wrote. Sara Evanega, who led the study and is director of the Cornell Alliance for Science, said: “If people are misled by unscientific and unsubstantiated claims about the disease, they may be less likely to observe official guidance and thus risk spreading the virus.” Co-author Jordan Adams, a data analyst at Cision Insights that provided the database, added: “One of the more interesting aspects of the data collection process was discovering the staggering amount of misinformation coverage directly linked to the public comments of a small number of individuals.” After miracle cures, the second-most prevalent misinformation topic was that the pandemic was created to advance a “new world order.” Next came the claim that the pandemic was a hoax for political gain by the US Democratic Party, followed by conspiracies alleging the virus was a bioweapon released by a laboratory in Wuhan, China. Conspiracy theories linking the pandemic to philanthropist Bill Gates came next, then the hoax that COVID-19 symptoms are caused by 5G phone networks, anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and the notion that the coronavirus is a form of population control. Attacks on US government scientist Fauci, references to the debunked “Plandemic” video, and blaming the virus on Chinese people consuming bat soup rounded off the list. The research was partly funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The lead “researcher” of this study, Sarah Evanega, is an “expert” in plant biology, not viruses or pandemics — which apparently made her ideally ignorant to conduct such a politically motivated study. One of her research projects — to protect wheat crops from stem rust — received a whopping $66 million in funding in large part from the Bill Gates Foundation — that fact alone is reason for her to recuse herself from any studies that are critical of Bill Gates and the “pandemic”. There is nothing theoretical or conspiratorial about Bill Gates’ involvement in promoting the so-called “pandemic” — he paid major media outlets tens of millions of dollars in “grants” to promote him as an “expert” on the subject. Bill Gates stands to make billions off the patents he own related to vaccines that will be used to allegedly stop the “pandemic”. Bill Gates is on record clearly stating that vaccines will be used for the purposes of “world depopulation” — which is the primary goal of his foundation. Bill Gates is on record as stating that there would be a corona virus pandemic years before it happened — and shortly after the current “pandemic” hit, he stated that there would be “second wave” and smiled — as if he knew it for a fact. And as far as the ‘antisemitic’ conspiracy with the “pandemic”, Bill Gates even threw fuel on that fire by referring to the COVID-19 vaccine as the “final solution” to the pandemic “problem”. Oh, and the fact that researchers in Israel just happened to be working on a COVID-19 vaccine by “pure luck” before this “pandemic” even was announced. In reality, the huge numbers of informed people doubtful about the official version of the “pandemic” narrative are skeptical precisely because of what Bill Gates himself is on record as having said about it. If Bill Gates doesn’t want people to think he’s involved in some kind of vast world depopulation conspiracy to usher in the New World Order, then he’d be advised to just keep his mouth shut about it — and stop telling everyone within earshot that that’s exactly what he wants to happen.
