That's a perfect figure of Duh Holo©aust whether Wells meant it that way or not. In the 1960 movie the Morlocks are even hideous beasts and the Eloi blond caucasian archetypes. As I recall the story -- from about 7 years ago - - the kaffir had held a gun to Paula's head. But those details seem to have been kikenpurged from the web. Cf. the majority of American Christians who would be more outraged over somebody's calling a black rape fiend a nigger than over the fact that said nigger raped a White Christian woman.
