I voted today on second day of early voting. I always vote early. In the 10 years I have lived here, these are the longest lines I have ever seen. In 2016 Hillary won 3 counties Shelby (Memphis), Davidson (Nashville) and Haywood county (Majority black county of 18,000 adjacent to Memphis.)

This huge turnout was surprising to me. Trump will carry this Red state anyway. But this might be a nationwide trend of a large turnout.

Normally, only about half of eligible voters vote, but that will change this cycle as people are fired up, whether it be for or against Trump. And really, that's how people are voting. Biden voters aren't really voting for Biden. They are voting against Trump. This election is Trump vs Someone Else.

We all know Trump's base is far more energized than is Biden's base. My prediction is that the majority of these normally non-voters are going to go to Trump, which will carry the day. And it doesn't take many. If 75% of eligible voters vote, 25% more than normal, and 2/3s of them go Trump, that's a net gain of about 8% to Trump nationwide.

Tucker Carlson's ratings have been best among all news networks, which is also indicative of Trump popularity. Republican registrations are also outpacing Dem registrations in at least Pennsylvania by a wide margin. The only positive indications of Biden support is the polls and, now, the money he's taking in, both of which are suspect. There's alse the ever present fraud that is quite possible. But... oh well. I'm getting of it all and look forward to the election being over, whatever happens.

Clearly, that's too tired.

Several weeks ago there were some news stories (non-MSN, of course) alleging that Harris had whored her way up govcorp's criminal "justice" industrial complex ladder. But haven't heard even a whisper on that subject lately. What happened?

Just received comments from Texas and North Carolina confirming huge turnout for early voting.

“I am not one of those weak-spirited, sappy Americans who want to be liked by all the people around them. I don’t care if people hate my guts; I assume most of them do. The important question is whether they are in a position to do anything about it. My affections, being concentrated over a few people, are not spread all over Hell in a vile attempt to placate sulky, worthless shits.” - William S Burroughs

We worked The Grateful Dead in Tinley Park, Illinois at the World Music Theater. It was an outdoor theater.

The first night the crowd rushed the fence on top of the hill. There were so many people coming over the top of fence it looked like a waterfall.

The next night the dogs were out there, "Woof. I want a piece of a Dead Head. Woof! Woof!" ROTFLOL

One of the guys on our crew at Woodstock 94 boinked two chicks under one of the remote stages. I never forgave him for not getting me in on the action. ;-/
