Lard + Heat x KeepAnEyeOnEm = Delicious

Applied for a grant to Obama Administration to study salt coefficient, was not well received. :)

rinsing the starch off the potato

Crispy hash browns

Whenever you bake some taters, keep a few finished ones to cut up and fry in hot oil.

Huevos Rancheros is a great dish.

And if you can find his vid on cowboy coffee it is just great. Not too sure where you can find a good cowboy coffee pot though. ;)

I recommend lard!

all he lard in grocery sores now is hydrogenated now because of preservation issues. Real non-hydrogenated beef lard is hard to find. ;)
