There is a very good chance that she speaks English. This chart (from Wikipedia) is from 2005. The percentage of English speakers is undoubtedly higher than that now. And she's young; almost everybody her age will speak English.

That's Miss Helsinki (Finland) from 2016 or 2017. Horse posted that picture here a day or two ago. I searched "Miss Helsinki", and it appears to be real.
Seems diversity is Finland's greatest strength, too.
