There is a very good chance that she speaks English. This chart (from Wikipedia) is from 2005. The percentage of English speakers is undoubtedly higher than that now. And she's young; almost everybody her age will speak English.
Go to translate.google. Select Finnish and enter Kamala, the resulting English word is horrible.

That's Miss Helsinki (Finland) from 2016 or 2017. Horse posted that picture here a day or two ago. I searched "Miss Helsinki", and it appears to be real. Seems diversity is Finland's greatest strength, too. Simo Häyhä is rolling over in his grave.
