No. Just the US military acting like assholes. Iran has the right to sell oil as does Venezuela. As does everyone else.

Not hardly.
You certainly must recall the U.S. seized four Iranian tankers loaded with gasoline that were bound for Venezuela back in August.
The U.S. has imposed sanctions on Venezuela. That seizure was how the U.S. intends to enforce those sanctions.
The Russians would not dare to escort those tankers all the way to Venezuela.
