(s)Elections See other (s)Elections Articles Title: The Steal Is On. What Republicans Must Do Next To Guarantee Victory. The battle for America is on. While Donald Trump amassed huge, seemingly insurmountable leads in key states across the country, Democratic officials went quiet in their cities, releasing no results until it was clear exactly how many they would need to win. And then, like a cascade, they poured out the numbers on Wednesday morning, claiming staggering early-vote margins that washed away the president’s lead in state after state. Democrats have terrible policies for America, but give them credit for one thing: They know when to count their ballots. In his razor-thin win in the 1960 presidential election, John F. Kennedy carried Illinois by less than ten thousand votes out of 4.7 million cast. Kennedy’s narrow victory was enabled by Chicago Mayor Richard Daley’s political machine. An investigative journalist found anomalies such as 56 votes cast from a single house, votes by the dead, and other stunts like swapping cash for votes. Following the election, three members of that machine were sent to jail for voter fraud activities, and more than 600 others were indicted before being acquitted by a judge allied to Daley. Now, the same stunt is being pulled, on a far grander scale. The con was in the works long before Election Day. For months beforehand, the press bombarded the public with bogus polls showing huge leads for Biden in almost every swing state. On election night, these worthless polls were exposed, but they were still used by the press to justify not calling states for Trump. Now, they will be used to justify dramatic last-second swings into the Democratic column. Republicans are asking for the election to be snatched away from them. That is the only honest way to describe it. They are standing around while the most banana republic third-world cities in America vomit up their votes at the very end. This is an invitation to humiliation. For months, Democrats signaled they were ready to do anything to drive Trump from the presidency. Now, they’re delivering on that promise. They cannot be allowed to succeed. But unless the president’s supporters fight back now, the steal will work. Here are the steps Republicans must take to win an election that is justifiably theirs. 1. Challenge every single ballot, in the Supreme Court if necessary. Florida, America’s third-largest state, had no trouble counting all its votes in just a few hours. Texas, the second-largest, had almost all votes tallied by midnight as well. But in state after state with Democratic governments and favorable Trump results, the counting ground to a halt overnight. In Pennsylvania, officials announced that while votes were still being counted, they couldn’t possibly provide any more updates on the counting until the morning. Naturally, when updates resumed, they showed spectacular Biden gains that could end up flipping the state. In Nevada, officials have already announced vote tallies will be paused until Thursday. There is more going on than just late vote counting, though. In Pennsylvania, the state’s liberal supreme court ruled that ballots can’t be tossed out for having signatures that don’t match state records. Even more egregiously, ballots count even if they arrive after Election Day with no postmark, even though having a pre-election postmark is a critical anti-fraud measure. This is egregious, and the time to stop it in the courts is right now. 2. Hold rallies in contested states. Color revolutions around the world claim legitimacy by putting up a facade of democratic legitimacy. A few thousand people in the street, even though they represent a tiny portion of the overall public, are used to claim mass popular support for toppling the government. Democrats have used this weapon to their advantage all year, turning out extreme left-wing protesters in large cities so that officials can justify radical policies on race and policing that nobody voted for. In the days and weeks to come, Republicans cannot afford to sit on the sidelines. If they want the president to remain in office, they must rally in the streets as well, and vocally reject this coup attempt for what it is. President Trump should immediately announce daily rallies in contested, corrupt jurisdictions in Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and even Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina if necessary. 3. GOP legislatures in swing states must move to seat Trump electors. The Democratic effort is succeeding because they control the government in every deep blue city. Not only that, they crucially control the governorships in most of the contested states, meaning state bureaucracies will reliably side with Democrats. But Republicans have an advantage of their own: In Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, they have unified control of the state legislature. If there is clear evidence of electoral fraud in any of these states, then Republicans in the legislature have a moral duty to try to seat the correct slate of electors. There is a clear precedent for this. The Constitution explicitly grants state legislatures the authority for choosing electors. In the 2000 Bush v. Gore Supreme Court ruling, the Court stated that: …the State legislature’s power to select the manner for appointing electors is plenary; it may, if it so chooses, select the electors itself, which indeed was the manner used by State legislatures in several States for many years after the Framing of our Constitution. Id., at 28—33. History has now favored the voter, and in each of the several States the citizens themselves vote for Presidential electors. When the state legislature vests the right to vote for President in its people, the right to vote as the legislature has prescribed is fundamental; and one source of its fundamental nature lies in the equal weight accorded to each vote and the equal dignity owed to each voter. The State, of course, after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors. See id., at 35 (“[T]here is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time, for it can neither be taken away nor abdicated”) [Legal Information Institute] Legislatures retain this right precisely due to crises like this one. Republican lawmakers should feel no hesitation about defending the true majorities in their states from a thuggish effort to change the results. President Trump and Republicans should immediately announce a willingness to send Republican electors to Congress if even the slightest hint of shenanigans should arise, in order to send a powerful message to the corrupt D.C. establishment mafia. 4. Persuasion campaign and infowar to flip grassroots public opinion in Trump’s favor. Convince the People it was stolen, but that we are going to fight and win it. This isn’t just a battle in the courts, in the streets, or in the legislature. The coming battle is a battle of who can control the narrative and tell the better story. It is an infowar. The Trump campaign, and Donald Trump himself, must tell the public what is happening: There is an effort to steal the election, but Trump already won and he is going to fight to solidify that victory. That means not conceding any of the Democratic Party’s lies about what is happening. The right must project strength and confidence and a fierce determination to fight the Democrats every step of the way, no matter the cost, up to and including GOP legislatures declaring the results illegitimate and sending pro-Trump electors to Washington. The tech companies must be shoved aside by force and by any means necessary. Color revolutions are driven by narrative control, with the press and powerful corporations telling the public what they are allowed to think and what they are allowed to believe. The most effective and quick way to overcome the left’s narrative control is for the President to schedule an appearance as soon as possible on the Tucker Carlson program, so he can speak directly to the American people about the blatant election steal unfolding before our very eyes, and outline the path forward to victory. Every American patriot who fought for Trump and stood in line to vote for him wants to hear that the President is not going to take this steal lying down, and he will do everything he can to fight for the integrity of this election and the will of the American voters. The elections have been corrupted like D.C. itself by both parties. This election is demonstrating just how bad it has become. I’m a 70 year old male, Vietnam Veteran, that has not witnessed a better President in my lifetime. The Democrats sent me to Vietnam that was a war based upon lies about the Gulf of Tonkin NON-EVENT. 58,000 Americans died and countless thousands were wounded and maimed for the rest of their lives. The deep state murdered Kennedy and replaced him with the murderous criminal LBJ in order to actuate the Vietnam War. (A war based upon lies by Democrats). This election is a war upon our freedoms to vaccinate or not, to speak freely, to protest peaceably, and ultimately throw off a government that we cannot consent to be governed by because our consciences will no longer allow us to do so. I will not comply with a Biden Administration’s dictates should he be declared the victor. He’s a criminal and would become a dictator or be replaced. The Democrats are being funded by the same traitors that fund Antifa and BLM. Never have we seen so much outpouring of support and enthusiastic participation leading up to a Presidential election as Trump gets everywhere he goes. Biden hasn’t seen anywhere near this kind of support. Trump didn’t need a job. Trump is a patriot. Trump can be proud of his kids while Biden is a touchy-feely China operative that unlike Trump has a rotten to the core criminal family. I’m afraid that if we allow this fraud to play out we may never be free again. I can’t imagine how much tyranny will be unleashed by a Biden/Harris Administration with the press behind them and a no holds barred criminal approach to governance. We need to get in the streets massively. We need to show BLM and Antifa what a real fight is all about. The time is now and for whatever reason we have been chosen by fate to defend liberty. Let’s put on the full Armor of God with a smile and get this job done for our country, our children, and our President. Excellent as usual. Proud of you. This election has brought this Olde Man inner bitterness and heartache. Our country that we served is going down the drain and I am too damned olde to try to make a change. I lost a brother, many comrades, all in democrat wars. Biden's dementia was on full display when in an interview his wife prodded him so he would give a correct response. If they institute the 25th Amendment on him the freaky deaky Kamala would be put in as POTUS. I recall the Halloween commercial of kids trick or treating. One was wearing a Joe Biden mask. The wearer tore it off and revealed it was really Kamala. After what seems a "Lifetime" of sheer disgust and disappointment with the D.C. scumbags I have decided it's long past the time to get very serious ... last chance. Can anyone imagine another Trump after the horrendous treatment he's been subjected to for the term of his office. And take a look at the turds that have been floating around him for 4 years and despite their brutal attacks he has prevailed. Unacceptable is an understatement.
