If you have seen the devastation first hand like I have, I can tell you that the looting looked almost as if it were directed by the hands of a real estate developer as it targeted buildings that were in the way of a gentrification project. I live in Saint Paul and made some interesting discoveries as to some people who were looted and the ones that were burned out were actually in the processes of being harassed by lawyers and developers to sell their properties.

This was never organic or spontaneous
I find it amazing what a little snooping and pooping can uncover when you turn over the right rocks. ;)
Catherine Austin Fitts said the same thing in an interview. She also said that Governor Cuomo must have been paid by the insurance companies to kill the old people in nursing homes to cancel coverage and save them millions.

Fitts makes a good case for the systemic approach to property acquisitions through burn downs and insurance jobs. I have wondered about Insurance companies and others taking out "strategic" Life Insurance policies to offset losses in other areas. Situations like war for example offer many opportunities to cash in on likely deaths.
Alex Jones had a series of shows and articles on insurance companies stealing veterans death benefits. They don't give your widows and orphans a lump sum anymore. Just a fund from which you can draw money. I don't remember anymore.
