I imagine they have sponsors who pay for the broadcast. They have a contract with them in order to get their support. ;)

Regardless, usually on YouTube, advertisements don't last very long or else you can skip the ad after a few seconds. I finally stopped watching when there was there was multiple long ads, one after the other and there was no skip ad.
