Blame china, Blame china, just like they did with the "Beer" Virus, point the finger at others so you will not be blamed.
Forget one thing: when Lincoln declared Martial Law it was never receded.
A paper ballot re-do in the most egregiously corrupt precincts should make things right nationwide.

Lincoln suspended Habeus Corpus. The following link explains a lot about the effect of that action. Admiralty Law extends from that action.
