D-3 improves gut health as well as fiber, Vitamin B complex, and probiotics which make the gut barrier. Doc says D-3 helps with sleep. Also D-3 and Acetylcholine.

Epinephrine is fight or flight. Acetylcholine is rest or relax. Nicotine addiction means Acetylcholine is low in the body. ADD and ADHD are low in vitamin D-3.

Vitamin D has receptors all over the brain. D-3 is a a pro-hormone that helps make hormones. Fertility and painful periods might be due to a deficiency of D-3. Only take D-3 if you are deficient from blood tests. Vitamins D-3 and K-2 lowers risk to Covid.

D levels in blood best from 60 to 80.

Lack of sleep leads to premature aging.

Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B-5) It used by Adrenal gland. Over dosing B-5 hurts sleep. Over dosing more of a problem if you are deficient in D.

B vitamins can be made in the gut. Sick people need to restore probiotics in gut.

Vitamin B comes from bacteria that makes beer or bread.

Biochome needs B complex B-50 and D-3. D-2 is no good for sleep. Sleep system wants D-3.

The microbiome of the body is an organ. Children are different without a microbiome.

The microbiome is the genetic material of all the microbes - bacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses - that live on and inside the human body. The number of genes in all the microbes in one person's microbiome is 200 times the number of genes in the human genome. The microbiome may weigh as much as five pounds.

Autism deficient in acetylcholine. Parkinson's disease has an early phase where acetylcholine is deficient. Also in dementia and ALS. Acid reflux drugs dmage acetylcholine production. Amyloid plaques develop after acetylcholine is deficient.

Covid and D-3. Too much D-3 is also bad. Fat people became obese because they were low in D-3. If low in D-3, you will store food as calories.

Whoa... Now here’s a funny thing. After reading this I am pretty sure that my 10k IUs of D3 are paying a weight loss dividend. Because I started losing weight about a month in to my dosing. Been losing about 3 pounds a month and was kind of surprised.

I am taking 10k IU a day and so far it has not harmed me in the least.

It's my understanding that D3 is very toxic in large doses. Don't remember the exact levels.
