I toast 3 slices of bread. I add a clove of fresh, diced garlic and fresh shredded ginger root equal in amount to the garlic. I make a sandwich of this. I eat it even though it is a bit spicy and warm. Then I eat the third piece of toast to cool down my mouth. The bread has no wheat. Garlic and ginger are also good for heart disease. I reduced my BP 30 points in less than a month! (Also taking CoEnzyme Q10 and other things.)
Reduce stress stress and inflammation on kidneys.
1) Take all prescribed medications. Keep blood sugar and blood pressure in line.
2) Diet. Eliminate soy. Try intermittent fasting. Eating all day long stresses the kidneys. Drink water. If you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces a day to flush out toxins.
3) No ibuprofen. Get some exercise. Walking. Check to make sure pain pills are kidney friendly.
