It's hopeful.. for whatever hope is worth. Still, it makes points too.

As did I today.

Remember when trump first took office with his personal twitter account in tow and he would delete stuff occasionally and the courts reminded him he was a president now. A public servant of the people. And what he said was a matter of public record subject to the laws of the public records act. And so he quit with the deletions. Restored what he could and unblocked detractors. And the left rejoiced.

Four years later twitter and facebook have banned him and locked his accounts. While I can play devils advocate and say that his personal social media accounts may not be the public record it was originally made out to be, subject to the whims of the corperations as a private citizen account on their platforms

When trump went to use the offically designated and reserved government account of the office of the president of the united states of america and twitter promptly deleted his to attempt to tweet from it. The broke the law flattly and indefensibly. The courts, both state and federal have all agreed that the accounts US government officals constitute public record and are subject to public records protections and public records requests.

Twitter unlawfully willfully ILLEGALLY deleted US federal public record. A felony if i recall correctly , from every single first amendment auditor that has taken town after torn, precinct after precints , from government janitors to state governors to court to bring them into compliance with open records requests and unblocking comment for public redress in public forums and the prohibition of deletion of legal content (no death threat and threats of harm thats deletable, also editimgmis allowed as long as logs can be documented otherwise they just have to use corrections and retractions to clarfy).

So what's that mean ? What does that eat in winter youre asking?

It means I tweeted out to the office of the US attorney general reminding them of the public records act and that twitter acted unlawfully in the deletion of the tweet from the office of the president of the united states of america twitter account. And to please investigate.

THEN

I filed a FOIA request of all tweets and communications from the office of the president of the united states twitter account with the US office of global communications because this would be internet communications and I know they cant give me what twitter deleted.

Proving felonious actions on the part of twitter incorporated.

I might get a run around. I might get told to ask this or that office but that doesn't matter. I'm a US citizen with the inabliable right to the public records of my government officals. If said records cant be produced because a corperation thought themselves above us law as they reside and doing bussiness in the USA... no. Nah, na-uh, that shit dont fly in a codified civil republic. U.S.C.C. petard. Get hoisted on it.

I dont know what those two tweets were. Ive made the request. If it cant be honored then a crime must be followed up upon.
