Tucker Carlson explained the one way impeachment could blow up in the Democrats’ faces

Democrats and swamp Republicans thought impeaching Donald Trump for a second time would deal the death blow to his political career.

They could not be more wrong.

And Tucker Carlson explained the one way impeachment could blow up in the Democrats’ faces.

On his Wednesday night broadcast, Tucker Carlson explained that establishment Republicans like Mitch McConnell and Liz Cheney have impeachment backwards.

Cheney and McConnell believe that impeachment will disgrace Donald Trump in the eyes of his voters and shunt President Trump off into political exile.

Carlson predicted the opposite would happen and that impeachment would only increase President Trump’s level of support by showing him to be a martyr the establishment is trying to eliminate.

“By impeaching the president during his final week in office, Congress will not succeed in discrediting Trump among Republican voters. In fact, it will enhance Donald Trump among Republican voters, obviously. Who does your average Republican voter trust more, Donald Trump or the many people who hate Donald Trump? Donald Trump or Mitch McConnell? Donald Trump or CNN? You know the answer,” Carlson stated.

There is survey research data to back up Carlson’s point.

A focus group of 40 Trump voters in Cincinnati found 77 percent increased their support for President Trump after the events of last week and 0 percent decreased their support.

Impeaching President Trump is attacking his voters.

His supporters understand that fact.

And it’s why no matter what happens Donald Trump will play a prominent role in the 2022 and 2024 elections.

Tucker wake the hell up.....

One year from now, Trump the virtual head of the republican party, will be lining up new people to run for House seats. In two years if he is successful, TRUMPS HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COULD IMPEACH BIDEN AT WILL.

Think about it. Trump has to make a decision, walk away or stay and control the HOUSE.

Biden would be a lame duck and loose goose should Trump stay.

Trump has the people behind him, not the so called republican party.

For supporters, the second impeachment is a battle scar for Trump, not an admonishment. It's a political Purple Heart where he took one for the team. Supporters will see it as validation that Trump was right about all his accusations over the last 4 years, not that he was wrong, and Big Tech censorship is also validating Trump's accusation in spades by this obscene censorship.

And yes, supporters will also see Trump's impeachment being not of Trump, but of the 75 or 80 million people who voted for him.

That decision has already been made, if you can even call it a decision because for Trump, stepping out of the political spotlight just ain't in his vocabulary. He is a patriot, he's still rich as can be, and now he's mad as hell.

He may start a new media empire or a new social network, and very well may do both. Who knows what else he may have in mind?

My opinion is that Trump will put his main thrust into controlling the house.

He will walk away quietly from the Presidency, but the fight starts the next day. Fighting the media dollar for dollar would be good but it is the power of the HOUSE he is after. No other "politician" can energize the masses as can Trump.

Trump lost to the House and Senate, with control of the House he can alter the course of the country.

Throw in term limits for House and Senate and Trump has a winner.

Control of the gov starts with control of the media. It's actually to Trump's credit that he did as well as he did in the election with MSM, big tech, the pandemic & lockdown ruining the economy in a major way. He was swimming against the current, and they still had to dump ballots to win.

But the horrible narrative going against Trump has made a significant segment of the population totally convinced that Trump is the anti- christ, and that all came from the MSM.

I never appreciated the true power of the media until Trump's presidency. Now I know why various draconian govs go after media and reporters. They have a lot of political power, which doesn't speak well of the human mind.

Control of the gov starts with control of the media.

My personal opinion is that it is too late to influence the media to any worthwhile degree.

Time, money and effort will be best used to go directly to the people.

Control of the House is the only way this evil grip can be taken off this country. Trump as titular head of the republican party and control of the House can derail this slide into hell.

There is no democrat nor republican that can turn out the masses across the country like Trump...no one.

I voted for a winner both in 2016 and 2020. BUT, the (s)election was stolen from Trump in 2020 by computerized Dominion and ES&S voting machines using algorithms.

A Dominion voting machine was selected at random. Equal number of Trump and Biden votes were put into it. The results came back as 60% Biden and 40% Trump.

Sorry but I do not have a link for that. The meningitis messed up my past memory but not the present. ;)

Here is link now.

Trump lost the popular vote in 2016 but won the Electoral College.

In 2020 he lost the popular vote. How Joe Biden received over 80 million of the popular votes when his rallies drew only a few hundred people compared to Trump's thousands is in comprehensible. ;)

What evidence is there that Tromp intends to resume his political career in any direction? Don't ppl see he really doesn't give a crap and cucks us at every opportunity.

More likely he'll write a book saying "I'm not a racist. I love Israel and the jewish people! How could all those racist Republican rubes have supported me -- they are disgusting Nazis clinging to guns and religion just like my fine predecessor said. Really, they're deplorable!"

Face it, comrades -- we've been chewed up and spit out by the great orange messiah. When you're smarting under the communist whip that will now be cracked daily over us, thank Trump-a-Dump-Dump for never reforming the election process, never calling Dummacrats out in a serious, adult vein, hiring the swamp he promised to drain, appointing more girls of both sexes to the Extreme Court, blithely condoning the shredding of the 1st Amdt -- etc.

Trump's gonna save us like like Jared Kushite's gonna hecome a Babdist preacher!
