Specifically, it is Shicksa for girls and Shegetz for boys.
I worked with this Jew boy named Hy Waxberg. He had a good looking daughter. I asked him once if he though she might go on a date with me. He said, "With a Shegetz like you?" :-/
Hy was in WW II and is likely long dead now. ;)

Now mind you, that doesn't mean that jews are clannish, tribal, bigoted or prejudiced. No, God's Chosen are the biggest advocates of tolerance, diversity, pluralism and multiculturalism in the UNIVERSE!
Wax or Wachs (= wax in German) in a name is a nice handy slam-dunk way to identify some Members Of The Jewish Community. FOR ADMIRING THEM AND WRITING THEM LETTERS OF ADMIRATION AND SYMPATHY, I mean. Same with other basic familiar materials -- wood (Wald, Holz), gold, silver, copper (Kupfer), iron (Eisen), steel (Stahl), glass (Glas), marble (Marm- or Merm-) ad inf.

Had a master electrician tell me today that I was a Lutheran.
My folks also told me I was English/German. My DNA says I'm a Slav. Maybe I was adopted, I don't remember.
