Actual title: The Greenest Energy Isn't Even Being Considered (I knew exactly where that was going from the title.) I know what happened at Fukushima and Pripyat (Chernobyl), TMI, not so much, but have a pretty good idea. Nuclear power can be safe and only generates a cigarette pack-size waste/citizen over a person's lifetime, but US law precludes that because, well, stupid policy. I could go on and on about that, but most here would find it boring and it might make AOC's head explode.
Our nuke-powered subs have been operating pretty well for decades now.
You have nuclear powered submarines? Cool! I thought you might have a yacht or two at the marina in Corpus Christi, but nuclear subs? So cool!
Yeah, you oughtta see all the shit me and Loddy (and a few other guys) bought over the years. Jet aircraft, ships, tanks, a bazillion guns, bombs, land, buildings, islands in the S Pacific, name it. We're just not allowed to play with any of it.

Probably not too many of those on Howland, Baker, Jarvis, Palmyra, Midway, Johnston, etc... Maybe Bidet can get the guano trade rolling again.
It only takes one, brother. BTW in case you didn't notice, she's Elizabeth Louise Malamalamaokalani White, the girl who unpins her hair while running down the beach at the start of every episode in the original Hawaii Five-0 TV series. But I've never needed an entertainer, NN.
Didn't know. TeeVee isn't one of my strong points. Damn, that'd make a wickid screen name.
We got rid of the TV in 1986; not my strong point either. But my dad and I used to watch the lovely Malamalamaokalani run down the beach every week in the 60's.

Holy smokes, the show ran from 1968-1980. Who knew? My Dad's show was M*A*S*H (1972-1983). He only made it part way into the fifth season.
