All I'd add to this picture is that the Chinese/Russian military leadership wouldn't stand still for a second and put up with the lard assed lifers that I was stationed with in Nam. Fat fucking lazy oafs that couldn't work in the sun for fear of heart attacks, and spent every off hour sucking down alcohol and crying to their wives about how bad it was while fucking their Vietnamese mistresses. On a different note, ESSO has been in traction and hospitalized for about a week. I was able to get a short response from him and don't know much but am hoping to get a more detailed response from him. I don't know if it's a good idea or not to contact him since he may be in a lot of pain. Pray for his recovery !
"""LIFERS""" They are the ones that will fight to the last drop of """YOUR""" blood. I had nothing but disdain, contempt and hatred for most lifers. A few were happy go lucky drunks that found a home in the military. Now with the pussifcation of the military, I hang my head in shame and cry for my comrades that were lost and forgotten somewhere out there.
