Vitamin K-2 takes deposits away from the arterial wall. I bought some with nattokinase.

Nattokinase is an enzyme (a protein that speeds up reactions in the body) that is extracted from a popular Japanese food called natto. Natto is boiled soybeans that have been fermented with a type of bacteria. Natto has been used as a folk remedy for diseases of the heart and blood vessels for hundreds of years.

What are the benefits of taking nattokinase?

Studies show that nattokinase dissolves blood clots — which helps maintain good blood vessel structure, improves blood flow, and lowers the risk of heart disease. It can also help lower your blood pressure, reducing strain on the heart that can lead to heart attacks.

Nattokinase (NK), the most active ingredient of natto, possesses a variety of favourable cardiovascular effects and the consumption of Natto has been linked to a reduction in cardiovascular disease mortality.

Is nattokinase a good blood thinner?

Nattokinase is considered to be a safe, powerful, low cost, and all-natural supplement for the treatment of heart and cardiovascular disease [5,6,7]. Animal [3,4,8] and human trials [9,10,11] have demonstrated that NK provides support to the circulatory system by thinning the blood and dissolving blood clots.

It is considered best to take Nattokinase after dinner or before sleep since thrombus is more likely to be produced around the mid night to the early morning.

Water helps to thin the blood, which in turn makes it less likely to form clots, explains Jackie Chan, Dr. P.H., the lead study author. But don't chug your extra H2O all at once. "You need to drink water throughout the day to keep your blood thin, starting with a glass or two in the morning," adds Dr.

Poster Comment:

Compare this to Warfarin, a rat poison, and stents which do not work.

Serrapeptase is a chemical taken from the silkworm. It is a commonly used drug (Takeda Chemical Industries) in Japan and Europe. In the U.S., serrapeptase is classified as a dietary supplement.

What is Serrapeptase used for?

Serrapeptase is used for painful conditions including back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, carpel tunnel syndrome, migraine headache, and tension headache.

Unlike many medications used to remove arterial wall plaque or inflamed lipids (fats) in the blood stream, Serrapeptase does not block the biosynthesis of cholesterol. Cholesterol in its pure form is an antioxidant necessary for all organs in the body to function properly.
