Most likely. I have 10% withheld for the state and fed from my measly income (AGI normally ~20k), last year was a little exception (+65k, which goob just took), but I usually get back a lot back from the fed and not much from the state (IN).
Doesn't add up in my book, but what the hell?
I'm fixin' to pay some kid (young enough to be my kid ~35, close to grandkid) an oz of silver/hr to help me out. My input was about $9/oz. His take will be about $35/hr given current prices/premiums. His missing dad was in the 'Nam and committed suicide via WuFlu vax recently. He's not looking for a hand-out, rather a hand up. He can take care of me in the day, and do his whatever food delivery (DoorDash) in the night.

I have an old friend who, when younger, looked at the price of everything in terms of chili cheeseburgers. $5.00 to go to a movie? -- no, too much; that's 1 1/2 chili cheeseburgers.

He will, if he's got the stones. My input/oz is $9/oz. If the kid (~35) works this deal right, he'll get a helluva more than that. I never thought that I'd be around by now. I'm sure not gonna take anything with me to Valhalla.
I should've died many times, I'm just trying to go with some grace, but I want to get something to help me out for a change.
Being self-aware isn't something I'm used to.
