Those darn White "crackas," -- always hogging-up the top spots in every industry for themselves, as if they actually founded and built this country. Something has got to be done! Now, technically speaking, Hollyweird is indeed "dominated" by "power brokers" with a skin tone which we would commonly describe as "white" (the color) -- but these particular whites actually aren't "Whites" (the people of true European ancestry). Though many "lesser brethren" of the Tribe may have assimilated (even intermarried) and do consider themselves "White," the Jewish / Marxist Supremacists -- who lord over institutions such as Fake News, High Finance, Quackademia, Professional Sports, Book Publishing and Hollyweird -- certainly do not. Yet that won't stop (((them))) from agitating their pet "people of color" ™ over "The White Man's" unfair (and mythical) domination of society's power centers.
