Sage is a good description of her. She knows who she is and doesn't "put on airs". I like her a lot.

I don't know DeSantis very well. I am wary of people who belatedly jump in front of the parade. I recall Newt did that in '94-95 and led the parade into a blind alley.

Look how much dirt there was on him way back in 1986, before he'd even reached superstar status. And enjoy tons of other content in that issue -- the mag was unique (basically launched me as right-winger) and that was its best era.
