So, you know, that’s the reason why I said I’m perfectly in favor of any investigation that looks into the origin of the virus.” Fauci’s sudden skepticism about the China Virus’ origins contradicts his former stance on COVID. If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats and what’s out there now, [the scientific evidence] is very, very strongly leaning toward this could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated,” Fauci said in 2020. “Everything about the stepwise evolution over time strongly indicates that [this virus] evolved in nature and then jumped species,” he added. Fauci’s remarks come just days after CDC Director Rochelle Walensky admitted during a congressional hearing earlier this week that COVID-19 leaking from Wuhan’s Level 4 biolab was a “possibility.” The medical establishment has been beginning to come clean about COVID-19’s true origins as more evidence piles up indicating it leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, as Infowars has been reporting over the last year. For example, former CDC Director Robert Redfield told CNN in March that “most likely etiology of this pathogen in Wuhan was from a laboratory.” CNN doctor Sanjay Gupta even defended Redfield’s “informed” conclusion last month, saying he was “really was quite adamant that this was the origin of the virus.” The NIH signed off on gain-of-function research grants to the Wuhan Virology Institute in 2014, leading some to call for Fauci to be investigated for his role in developing the coronavirus.
