The damnyankee army ruined the 4th of July in 1863 -- at Vicksburg and Gettysburg.

"The Fourth" is one of several damnyankee holidays that we StraitGates don't celebrate.

Dogs and cats will be grateful, and more power to them.

Firework Shortage Could Ruin Fourth Of July

Over the Memorial Day weekend my neighborhood felt like the Lebanon Civil War in 1983.

Shortages everywhere.

Yellow onions were MIA at the store last week.

Don't worry. We have idiots shooting guns in the air on that day anyway.

Early this am thirteen were plugged in the "entertainment" district (6th St) with no fatalities and no suspect(s).

I was just looking at that. "A black man with a skinny build and dreadlocks."

It astounds me that 13 people can get shot with no fatalities. More proof you can shoot liberals in the head and not hit a damned thing.

I do hate this shithole.

I hate mine too. It'd be a lot easier to take if Pam (Punk) was here to go through it with. The company MDs dusted her off more than 15 years ago with their hormone and God-knows-what shots when she had some hot flashes or something. The last time I saw her, she looked a lot worse than my mother when I put her in the ground.

The last time I saw her, circa 2006, I didn't even recognize her. I still feel really bad about that today, considering that I spent 15 years working with her. I'd give anything to drag her from 1995 to today to be with me. She truly was the one who got away, and she paid for it with her life.

(Edit) I'm still waiting on that strip-joint in your hood to send the limo. They must think I'm some kind of kook or something. They should look at my credit rating. FWIW it's worth, Chip's really fucked up Red Truck. Granted, it's 28 years old, but it's only got 57,000 mi on it. Damn, I know its not a silk purse, but it's still an old gal that you just can't stick it to without some lube and TLC. I'll give them one more whack at it, then I'm getting lawyer guy involved.

I might be crazy, but I'm not stupid.

The last time I saw her, circa 2006, I didn't even recognize her.

My personal first thought about the sentence above was related to when I went to the funeral home to view my mother in the casket. The director pointed towards the viewing room she had been placed in.

We (the family) went into the room and after looking into the casket and looking from every possible angle, I said we're in the wrong room. This isn't mom. She was 49 and the hag in the casket looked to be a 150. I stayed drunk for 3 days.

This video is extremely long and quite interesting. The theme is that what we consider historical facts are frauds serving some purpose not understood by most of humanity, to the advantage of those knowing the actual truth.

The rich and powerful certainly lie about nearly everything to us mere peons -- no argument there.

But Flat Earth and the arguments for it that its supporters make are poppycock and hogwash.

Certifiable insanity, imo.

I gave it 40 minutes. When does he start offering answers, theories or solutions -- 3 hours in?
