NN COMMENTS: OK to play this at 1.5 speed. I'm surprised he doesn't do like all alleged patriots today and just say Russia good! Russia good! Russia good! Wait, he says the European Parliament voted for regime change on Russia? And the Offense Dept's budget is over a trillion by itself now?
It's a strange interview in a way. He's coldly clinical -- maybe he actually dislikes Russia the same way I do.

Absolutely correct.
This pipeline ransomware thing is very telling. The DOJ or FBI or whomever apparently recovered about 85% of the bitcoin that was paid to the hackers. They did it by gaining access to a virtual system that had the private key for the wallet holding that sum. They lifted it and used it to xfer those funds to a law enforcement wallet.
How it was possible? Because the hackers were amateurs. And that by itself rules out any involvement of either the Russian government or myself, as I would have done a better job o securing that bitcoin than the hackers did.
So US intelligence is fully aware of this, and yet Biden along with Rs and Ds still perpetuate the Russian boogieman narrative.

No, I wouldn't say "surely" on that. Not at all.
Criminal operations have been in operation for all of civilized history, and incompetence by both govs and corps in cases that open the door for ransomware attacks an the like is nothing new.
Not everything that goes wrong can be attributed to careful sinister planing by a gov overlord. Gross incompetence and sheer stupidity can be a factor too.
