This is a cute old movie, if'n ya like old sci-fi.

This afternoon, I went out into my back/alley facing garage for a smoke. There's a vacant lot directly across the alley. There was a LATINX family cutting the grass to keep Neighborhood Code Enforcement from seizing the property because the grass gets to high.
There was papa LATINX, on a crappy D100 John Deere lawn tractor, mama LATINX, a bit chubby with big yabbos, and baby LATINX.
Baby LATINX was probably about 12 y/o, very thin, with striking peach- colored hair, kind of put up in a bun or something. Baby LATINX was less than 100 meters from me, my eyesight is pretty damned good for my age, but I couldn't tell what baby LATINX was. It might've been a really misguided little boy or a really misguided little girl. WTF do I know?
The moral of the story is: You can't build shit in Fort Wayne on a lot less than 50' wide. All the lots in the Eastwood Addition are 138.5' deep by 40' wide (unless subdivided). My property is on three adjacent lots (138.5 X 120). I've got two wooded lots to the west of me that the county commissioners tried to give me, but I said "No Effing way!" I'm sure the nice LATINX family got a good deal on their precious chunk O' land, but you can't do anything with it.
To answer your question; why don't you tell me what that peach-haired creature was?
(Edit) FWIW, the reason that I didn't take the next two properties is because they're overgrowing Logan Ave. in the front and the alley in the back. when I looked at it years ago, I made the cost to clean it up at about $40k. My three properties cost $725 back in the late 70s. I might be crazy, but I'm not stupid.
It might be a good deal for a lumberjack that needs a lot of firewood. Gonna be damned close quarters to work in given powerlines in the front and back and my chain-link fence. There's an 80' black walnut in there.
They were just tearing down a house a few units West across the alley this afternoon. No idea whose joint it was, most everything West of me is a no-go zone, drugs, etc.
