Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., said on Wednesday that the $3.5 trillion budget offered by Democrats in Congress will cover a number of top liberal priorities – including ways to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants. Jayapal said during a press call that the decision will add a pathway to citizenship for "Dreamers, TPS, essential workers, and farmworkers."
