They’ve been pushing the vaccine, claiming that it’s safe and effective; however, simply repeating these talking points without addressing concerns that Americans have isn’t winning skeptics over. The heavy push of the COVID vaccine isn’t that effective, as it turns out. The folks who were eager to roll up their sleeves and get the jab have already done so. With the plethora of vaccination sites, pharmacies offering the vaccine for free, etc., everyone knows that the vaccine is easily and readily available. As it turns out, Americans who want the COVID vaccine have already gotten it. This means that unvaccinated folks, by and in large, simply don’t want the jab, as Newsmax reports. Beating a Dead Horse A new Associated Press interview shows that the majority of unvaccinated people have no plans on getting the COVID shot. To be precise, only 16% of unvaccinated folks have potential plans to roll up their sleeves and get the infamous vaccine. That number drops to 3% when surveying unvaccinated people who certainly plan to get the shot. Many unvaccinated people also have doubts that the COVID vaccine is effective against the Delta variant. Health officials claim that vaccinations are the best form of defense against the Delta variant; however, there are mass reports of vaccinated people still coming down with COVID. Now, there’s a debate about whether or not vaccinated people should wear face coverings.
