Tucker is obviously of the long disproven notion that US citizenship entitles one to special consideration and treatment from the US government. As everyone knows US citizens enjoy no more privileges or rights within the US or anywhere else than do even illegal aliens. In fact, US citizens are beholden to people from all other countries and must provide health care, education, welfare and other things to people who are not citizens. So the rule in Afghanistan is simply an extension of that wonderful woke policy.

I'm surprised Tucker still hasn't figured that out.
