Biden hopes for civil war

My last point is Afghanistan, which I quickly mentioned before. What is happening in Afghanistan right now is an emergency situation that is grabbing the attention of the whole world. Inside the United States, this is the main event all are talking about, and of course everyone blames each other, just like in Lebanon, people are all the same: the Republican Party blames the Democrat Party, blames Biden, and describes the scene as a humiliation for the United States, (a proof of) weakness, helplessness, failure, historic defeat, shame, disgrace, etc. If we want to faithfully describe (the political situation in the United States), we can say that they are tearing each other apart. The same goes for the position of European countries, of the leaders of certain European countries [United Kingdom, France, Germany…], who speak with very strong and very negative words to assess the situation in Afghanistan.

Biden hopes for civil war

Actually, he's just hoping for a waffle cone tomorrow.

Anything beyond that, does not compute.

Good list, counselor.

A few more: Not overthrowing the Articles of Confederation? Not overloading the Sultana with over 2000 damnyankee invaders? Not allowing women to vote? Not helping the Communists win World War 2? Not throwing open the southern border to 50+ million illegal aliens? Not stealing a presidential election? Not destroying the middle class with 14 thousand wealth confiscation and redistribution schemes? Not destroying thousands of small businesses with a bogus pandemic? Not turning a formerly prosperous and free country into a dirty, despotic, decrepit police state?

There is an interesting note about the Filipino campaign after the War of 1898. The standard service revolver was the Colt 6 shooter. But Muslims in the Philippine were so mad when we took their land that they had to adopt the 45 caliber as our service weapon because it could stop a man with a knife coming at you because you stole his land.

Not overthrowing the Articles of Confederation?

Very few people know the true reason for the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia in 1789.

It was a re-organization under International Bankruptcy law. The British were counterfeiting Colonial script which made it worthless.

The original intention of those meetings was to rewrite the Articles of Confederation. But that idea was scrapped in favor of a new Constitution. That gave us the tri-partite form of government we now enjoy.

The windows of the Pennsylvania State House were boarded up to keep reporters and others from spying on the proceedings.

When the new Constitution was presented to the delegates, several refused to sign without a Bill of Rights. This led to the first 10 Amendments.

We hope this adventure in government will last for a lot longer. ;)
