When working for State of Illinois on snow and ice, I was on Algonquin Rd trying to get the last of the salt off the truck. The body was up.
All of a sudden I noticed a car in the right lane that was snow covered. I hit the brakes but it was too late. I hit him and broke out the rear window of his car.
I called in on the 10-50. The guy took off and left the scene.
