This is a public shot across the bow for the Pentagon. Two or three signers would not mean much, however, 90 means there is AN ORGANIZED EFFORT BY THE MILITARY, PAST AND PRESENT, to put this corrupt Pentagon and government on notice.
Let's not hold our breath for any response from the carcass in chief.

This shot at Biden and Pentagon tells us a great deal. First it tells us and Trump that if push comes to shove, THE MILITARY RANK AND FILE WOULD BE WITH HIM AND THE COUNTRY. I find it very comforting that so many have spoken. Biden is out of it but those around him have been warned publicly by the military past and present.
Not even 9,000 Amurican Generals will do anything to stop the ongoing overall agenda to completely demo the system. This is a Op is designed to mock AND demoralize the entire military, it's loyalty & sacrifices and traditions -- especially of the one that made them the most proud: "Leave No man Behind." It was no accident that thousands of our guys were completely lied to and hung out to dry without escape. The PTB's war against the West and US also obviously targets and considers the US Mil as an "enemy". Any "organized effort" to "reconcile" the situation would have to be an All or Nothing effort in at least one sector of command. Such "reconciliation" would also have to overcome the Rats in the network/system who would monitor any effort while sabotaging remediation of the current ongoing demolition. I would doubt that in the history of this country there has ever been that many star people ever sign and publish their dissent for the government. To me that is affirmation that a possible military coup in this country is indeed possible at this time.

Retired generals and admirals MAY BE RECALLED TO ACTIVE SERVICE ANY TIME. These gentlem are at risk.
They did it to Trump. Then again, the gesture of retired Generals merely signing off on a piece of paper that says they (finally) disapprove of outright treason is...frankly, weak. And waaaay too little, waaaay too late. To me that is affirmation that a possible military coup in this country is indeed possible at this time. Already happened. The wrong guys pulled it off. They are already well into their agenda and executing their "fundamental changes" as you can see by the Afghan fiasco and other insane policies.
