Late on Thursday night the Supreme Court threw out Biden’s eviction moratorium whereby Biden tried to end private property in America by having the Centers for Disease Control issue a new rule blocking landlords from evicting tenants that refused to pay rent.
Back in June, the Supreme Court issued a ruling letting the eviction moratorium stand with Justice Brett Kavanaugh casting the deciding vote stating the only reason he ruled that way was because the moratorium was set to expire in a matter of weeks and only Congress could extend it.
The justices were clearly not happy that Biden made a mockery of their ruling and the majority – which consisted of at least five of the conservative justices – issued an unusual eight page ruling blasting the Biden administration.
In the ruling the Justices declared it “strains credulity” to believe the CDC can wipe out rent in America on public health grounds:
