You mentioned Generac here on Feb 15 during the Big Texas Freeze. After some study, on Feb 16 I bought some GNRC at about $350, and it's $453.75 now -- up 29.6%.
My wife has an on-line trading account. As far as I know, she can buy a single share of any stock without paying a premium. There's not even a transaction fee.
She's been beating the S&P 500 by a decent margin for the last 2-3 years. She thinks she's cool.
I got an E-Trade account through work to buy company stock, but started farting around with it just for fun. Managed to sell off a few loser stocks last week without taking a loss, (DIDI - Chinese UBER, whew - that was a nailbiter), and my Rolls Royce Aeorospace buy was a really bad idea, but I am still way ahead of what I'd be getting from Chase savings account.
RR Automotive is completely separate from Jet/Aerospace division. They build Jet Engines here in Indianapolis, or at least they used to. I think the automotive part of the company is now controlled by Patel Street Shitter Mafia, like the rest of UK.
