The document surfaced in court filings ahead of the initial pretrial conference before US District Judge Lewis Kaplan in New York, scheduled for September 13. Andrew Albert Christian Edward, the Duke of York, is accused by Virginia Giuffre of sexual assault, battery and inflicting emotional distress on her. Giuffre’s lawsuit alleges that she was abused by Prince Andrew on multiple occasions while she was under the age of 18, including at the London home of Ghislaine Maxwell and at Epstein’s mansion in New York. It would likely be so. I had to beat the crap out of people at concerts all the time. One time we were working a concert at the Cubby Bear Lounge across the street from Wrigley Field. If a male has sex with a willing underage female, its statutory rape and a criminal offense. But this is a civil suit where I think she would have to prove actual harm.
It will be interesting to see if they can rope a British "royal" into an American civil courtroom. Something BAD may happen before some such event comes to pass.

The criminal case was resolved. Don't know if the prince was mentioned in that. She's claiming she was unwilling but doesn't say whether she so infomed Andrew.
