Why use foreigners when they can be replaced with homeless people.

Well there we go, now we know what they plan on doing with all those Haitians.
I don't know why there isn't a public outcry about the fact these are death shots and they are deliberately killing people with them, besides the fact they've deliberately withheld safe and effective treatments for the illness.
