I've never heard about these 'pacts'. Worth a listen. His comparison between the fall of the USSR in the early 90s and where we're at now, is spot-on. Except the USSR didn't have DARPA and the excuse to pump everybody full of graphene oxide and nano aluminum to turn people into 5G receivers and beam thoughts and voices into everybody's heads.
Gotta wonder how much debt is canceled when significant portions of the population ain't around no more. Owning nothing and being happy cause nobody complains from the grave.
