That's going to take some deep pockets or some patriot lawyers, but yes, good places to start. I was also thinking of the handouts of the Exemption List at all school board meetings.

I was in local hospital for treatment of wounds on my legs a few years ago..
The doctor prescribed Vancomycin for the second time.
If he had no positive results the first time around, why in hell did he prescribe it again?
The doctor at wound clinic in Joplin told me Vancomycin was not the right anti-biotic, but he would not tell which one was right to treat MRSA.
I had been using essential oil blends with aromatherapy using oils I picked up at Suzzanne's Natural Foods in Joplin. The wounds healed but now I have another re-infection. I have been using antibacterial pads from Wal Mart that are used specifically to treat MRSA.
Essential oils such a Lavender are also good choice to treat those wounds.
I put some Lavender oil on the wounds at Nevada Regional Wound Care. The nurse wiped it off and the doctor upbraided me for using unapproved method of treatment.
But they know nothing about essential oils. ;)
