Earlier today, we received notification that one of our videos was removed from YouTube: "Special Guest ALEX JONES on 'Great Reset' & Joe Rogan TRIGGERS Leftists AGAIN!" By now, we all know the generic email. "Blah blah blah, some generic note about violating 'hate speech.'" "Blah, blah, blah, we know this is disappointing for you." "Blah, blah, blah, you're suspended for a week."

It wasn't until Louder with Crowder legal council William Richmond ESQ. received an email from YouTube that we began to get an idea as to why we were suspended. A vague idea. Very vague.

On September 30, Mr. Crowder uploaded another video that YouTube has determined continues his prior conduct. The video entitled "“Special Guest ALEX JONES on 'Great Reset' & Joe Rogan TRIGGERS Leftists AGAIN!" contains a segment that targets the transgender community in an offensive manner, for example, by indicating that trans people pose a rape threat to women. Consistent with the recklessness provisions of its hate speech policy, YouTube has removed this video from the service and assessed a strike against the Steven Crowder channel. Per YouTube's strikes policy, this results in a one-week upload freeze for the channel. Further violation of YouTube's hate speech policy will result in additional penalties.

Presently, we're not quite sure of the exact offense. We've requested time codes for the offending content. During the September 30 show, we discussed a news article entitled "Female inmate now pregnant after California pro-trans policy forces women's prisons to house biological men despite prisoners' pleas, warnings: report," and there was a short comedy sketch after that. The news article was a report on female prisoners becoming impregnated when they were forced to share cells with biological men. Here's an excerpt of the NEWS article of a story that was in the NEWS:

Female prisoners and women's advocacy groups pled with the state of California not to implement a new pro-transgender law that would force state prisons to accept biological males. The inmates and their advocates warned Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and his administration that nothing good could come of it, citing fears of abuse, sexual disease, and pregnancy.

In response to these concerns, the state ... handed out condoms and pregnancy resources.

Now, according to a leading liberal women's organization that opposes the pro-trans policy, one of the state's major women's prisons now has at least one pregnant inmate who was impregnated by one of the penis- bearing biologically male transfers.

What's terrifying is that there IS a story about a trans--err, bisexual boy wearing a skirt who allegedly raped a girl in a high school bathroom. The Daily Wire broke the news about Scott Smith. His daughter was allegedly raped in a Loudoun County school bathroom, in a school district where they allow children of any gender to use any bathroom. That father was arrested at the school board meeting and became a poster child of why school boards "need" Joe Biden's Department of Justice to treat concerned parents as domestic terrorists. We discussed THAT horrifying story today. And TODAY is when we find out we're suspended for a story from two weeks ago?

The left and Big Tech's plan is clear: You will be silenced if you believe that biological sex is still a thing. Or that boys are boys and girls are girls.

Crowder will be going into further detail on Thursday, October 14th's show at 10:00 AM EST on why this should scare every parent and why a line in the sand needs to be drawn. Here's a preview from the boss:

We covered VERY specific instances of documented rape from transgender individuals. So not only is the claim verifiably wrong, but even further, if Americans are not allowed to express their concern over SOME transgender individuals posing a rape threat to their daughters (like say, their female cellmates, or multiple classmates they've raped)... then you are effectively NEVER allowed to protest policy.

It's going to get wild and woolly.
