How can they suggest heat pumps for places in the inner city? Most older apartment buildings use fuel oil to generate steam heat and other homes are mostly natural gas heating.
What about government buildings and other high rises? I know the newer State of Illinois building in downtown Chicago has a southwest facing glass wall which complicated cooling in summer. Not sure how they would heat that massive space outside of the office areas. Heat rises and they would need a way to circulate the air for both heating and cooling. ;)
