Some debit card providers already provide this service. You deposit crypto with the provider and get a physical visa/mastercard card. Then any time its used, the value of the purchase is converted to crypto at spot rates and deducted from your crypto account, and the provider approves the purchase or ATM withdrawal.

Some have been in operation for a few years.
