A far-left North Dakota man was convicted in federal court for smashing the office door of US Senator John Hoevens office in Fargo back in December.
The Post Millennial reported today that the suspect, Alexander Starks, is an Antifa activist.
In April, he pleaded guilty to a charge of destruction of government property. Federal sentencing guidelines suggested 1016 months in prison but he was only sentenced to probation and fined $2,784 for restitution.
